Clarification of Warranty

Cure All Pest Control – The White Ant Man OBLIGATIONS TO YOU UNDER THIS WARRANTY

• Cure All Pest Control – The White Ant Man will manage the product installed to the applied structure (Timber Pest Inspection to be carried out 12 monthly) and will not include other buildings not protected by this product.
• Cure All Pest Control – The White Ant Man does not cover the Product Warranty, only the manufacturer can cover this warranty.
• Cure All Pest Control – The White Ant Man will not compensate the owner for Physical damage from Subterranean Termites or any other pests
• Cure All Pest Control – The White Ant Man cannot guarantee that further reinfestation from subterranean termites is not a possibility.
• Cure All Pest Control – The White Ant Man will cover the cost of remedial treatment to the current activity, if, at our discretion, the installation is deemed defective.

Cure All Pest Control – The White Ant Man WILL NOT COVER:

• Where the activity appears in an area not previously known to us and has been added to the property as an addition/renovation.
• Cure All Pest Control – The White Ant Man will not cover repairs on a property that the product installed was not installed by Cure All Pest Control – The White Ant Man
• Cure All Pest Control – The White Ant Man will not cover any reinstatement or repair if the Physical Barrier Installation has been hindered or tampered with in any way
• Cure All Pest Control – The White Ant Man will not cover any recompense from bodily injury and/or any loss caused by Physical Damage, nor will it over any third parties.
• Cure All Pest Control – The White Ant Man will not cover the repairs where it can be proved that the damage was caused by the Property Owner/ Tenants or other invited guest to the property.
• Cure All Pest Control – The White Ant Man will not be responsible for property that is poorly built/designed, where the construction of the building does not comply with AS 3660 or the current Building Code of Australia. These faults may not be seen by the naked eye, may be in the form of cracking of the slab, penetration points moved and those area not protected, or formwork timbers left in place and have not been removed.
• Cure All Pest Control – The White Ant Man will not cover the cost of any un authorised work
• Cure All Pest Control – The White Ant Man will not cover any known faults at the property that were know prior to the Warranty commencement
• Cure All Pest Control – The White Ant Man will not cover damage to furniture, garden furniture/structures, trees, any fixtures or fittings, artworks, books, floor and wall coverings, stored boxes.
• Cure All Pest Control – The White Ant Man will not cover damage to the property that the owner/tenant has caused in the search for further activity/damage from Subterranean termite entry.
• Cure All Pest Control – The White Ant Man will not pay any form of compensation if your property is devalued, stress, loss of Income, Loss of sleep, anxiety.

OWNER RESPONSIBILITIES

• Advise Cure All Pest Control – The White Ant Man if they feel there is Subterranean Termite activity that may require repair within a period of 5 days by telephone, email or letter.
• Give Cure All Pest Control – The White Ant Man as much access as possible to evaluate and form an opinion on the extent of any damage to the property and process a solution to the problem possibly with the assistance of a third party.
• Allow Cure All Pest Control – The White Ant Man to investigate and manage the whole process to completion of all that is required to be undertaken
• Advise/Liase with Cure All Pest Control – The White Ant Man should they undertake any renovations/alterations/disturbance to the soil areas, installation of water tanks, installation of other services such as air conditioning units/cable networks/ telephone /NBN/electricity or plumbing repairs which may affect the external soil areas, in writing.
• Engage Cure All Pest Control – The White Ant Man to perform any treatment (at the Owners cost) that may be required to provide continued protection to the Property after renovation/alterations as listed above have been undertaken.
• Engage Cure All Pest Control – The White Ant Man to undertake the yearly Timber Pest Inspection as per AS 3660/ AS 4349 on a 12-monthly basis. Or where a higher risk is evident then these Inspections may need to be undertaken on a more regular basis.
• Exempt Cure All Pest Control – The White Ant Man from all responsibility of any warranties, when they have not had the mandatory 12 monthly inspections undertaken. All warranties will be cancelled after 13 months.
• Exempt Cure All Pest Control – The White Ant Man if there has been malicious damage to the System/Structure.

THIS WARRANTY IS NOT TRANSFERRABLE TO ANOTHER PERSON
